Tashkent is not exactly the most fortified place on the planet. Hopefully the embassies make up for it (which they do, presumably).
Seems almost silly, this little attempt at....well, at what exactly? One suicide bomber wouldn't even dent the perimeter wall of most US Embassies overseas.
Did they want to let us know that they were mad? Or that they were gonna get us?
