Patriot Act Illegal?

This federal judge is the husband of my coworker, V. W., who is herself an attorney by training and a former Deputy Commissioner in the City. . . . she just mentioned his case about the PATRIOT Act this morning and then I saw the ruling. . . .

Federal judge rejects part of Patriot Act
A federal judge in New York on Wednesday found unconstitutional a part of the anti-terror Patriot Act that allows authorities to demand customer records from businesses without court approval.
