Interestingly enough the AP is running a story regarding the Constitutional solution to our new era of presidential neglections. . . I mean, "elections". The prospect of having the Congress decide the election is much more interesting and appealling--not to mention Constitutional. The challenge comes from the legal proceedings already initiated in Florida, Colorado and elsewhere.
