But the fact is that you can't submit a budget that is missing some of the largest spending in the whole document. For me though, unlike the Dems, it makes more sense to cut government spending even further, rather than scream about what has been cut.
Like it or not, the US will continue to exist without corn subsidies, but not without its military. Logical conclusion: social programs will lose to military programs in almost all cases.
